Monitoring Research - the scary top end of the 7 MHz band!

 
Mysterious stations inhabit the top end of the 7 MHz band! No, these are not junk illegal "pirate" broadcasters but legitimate HF transmitters, with frequencies coordinated by the ITU's HFCC.
 
This is a summary of notable frequency occupancies noted here in Melbourne on March 16, 2018, between 1800 and 1830, in the spectrum from 7285 to 7600. The range from 7200 to 7400 is exclusively allocated worldwide to Broadcasting. The range from 7400 to 7450 is shared between Broadcasting,  Aeronautical Mobile and the Fixed Service. 7450 to 8100 is allocated to the Fixed Service.
